'Coalescence' is the joining or merging of elements to form one mass or whole. This collection is inspired by the juxtaposition of the bustling city and the bucolic countryside. It explores this juxtaposition and how opposites attract in art and design through the use of colour interaction and experimental approaches to drawing and mark making.

This is a collection of both hand and digitally created prints that are designed for upholstery, window treatments and surfaces within interiors. Each piece is bright and bold and designed for a contemporary living space.

Abstract artists such as Mark Rothko and Sean Scully were a huge inspiration for this collection. Their use of large open spaces and their experimentation with colour is something that is explored within this collection.
