Taking insight from how we reminisced about clubs and connections lost throughout the pandemic, this project celebrates club culture and the importance of nights out, through sharing stories and reminding ourselves of how much we treasure that feeling and those experiences, now that we have them back.
For the two years of the pandemic that clubs were closed in Ireland, club culture was kept alive through nostalgic recollections and sharing of special moments, core memories and connections that suddenly seemed so impossible and dreamlike/surreal. This long felt uncertainty has transcended into an incredible sense of satisfaction, and through this lens of relief and excitement this project tells the story of clubs in Dublin through the eyes of the people that attend them. Through natural conversations and appreciating the nights that have been had from different points of view, it aims to encourage you to make the most of experiences and share your own.
