'Diabeat' is a goal-driven, social community and management app for patients who have been recently diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes.
The app provides a space where they can post questions for other users to respond to, to help each other in their journey as a diabetic. It also has a feature where users can pair up with each other to compete a challenge they accepted within the app. Here, users will be able to speak to other patients and take action to manage their condition.
