My work usually centres around Irish storytelling, focused on family and cultural identity. I like trying to interpret conversations, sayings and stories through (sometimes satirical) animation and video. I’d like to think that in some way this could help remind people not to overlook or forget the importance of these stories.

I dabble in different mediums as I really enjoy exploring new ideas and ways to show my thoughts and ideas. 'Horseboy Joe' is a personal piece that I have animated about my father telling a story of his twelve-year-old self when he found a horse, brought it back to his small three bedroom family house on the Northside of Dublin that housed a family of eight in 1977.
