According to a report done by The Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, by the age of thirteen, one in three young people are likely to have experienced a mental health disorder. By 24, that number rises to one in two people.

Early intervention is key to supporting a person in taking action to prevent the problem from worsening. However, the main barrier to young people looking for initial help is that they don’t have the knowledge, or space for suitable conversations to happen.

'Mindbox' is a signposting solution for students and institutions. 'Mindbox' puts mental health knowledge into the student's hands. It’s a full student-to-institution solution for mental health support using existing infrastructures.

'Mindbox' prints ‘Mindnotes’ providing students with useful information about mental health in an interactive, tangible and accessible way. 'Mindbox' promotes self-reflection on students’ feelings and their mental state, it provides information on support services and improves mental wellbeing in schools and beyond.
