'Numerus' (Rhythm in Latin).

Through studying graphic design, I have developed an interest in visualising music and sounds. Growing up, I was surrounded by musical talent, which has played a formative role in my life. My main focus for this project is to familiarise people with the many ways in which music and graphic design cross paths, and how to best present such work.

As rhythm is a major element of understanding music, I used this as a starting point for researching this project. My outcomes are inspired by the idea of visualising music and sounds through different mediums and materials. Through this project, I can help people to understand how similar these two subjects are.
