The MA Service Design is a 12-month, studio-based taught course that empowers candidates from fields such as design, business, sociology, systems thinking, education, banking, technology and the public sector, to shape the services of the future through design thinking and doing.

Studio projects, activities and workshops expand on methods and principles from human-centered design and design thinking, applying these to the development and delivery of new consumer and public services, transforming user experiences. Throughout the year there is a focus on live projects with clients and organisations from the private and public sector such as Opening.io, Mater Hospital, Dublin City Council, Fjord and the Rediscovery Centre. To see more of what we get up to please check out our Twitter and Instagram .
